W.F. WELLS Model B-25-3C Horizontal Bandsaw, 22" x 40" Capacity, 25" Round
The W.F. Wells B-25-3C horizontal band saw has a capacity of 22" high x 40" wide for rectangular stock at 90 degrees, 25" round at 90 degrees, and 22" high x 24" wide at 45 degrees. It can handle a weight capacity of 15,000 lbs. The saw uses a 2" x .063" x 26'-6" blade, with blade speeds ranging from 60 to 500 SFPM. Other key features include a hydraulic vise, a 15 HP blade drive, and a 5 HP hydraulic drive motor.
W.F. Wells, Inc. has a history rooted in Wells Manufacturing, founded in 1925 by William F. Wells. Initially focusing on meat-cutting saws, Wells Manufacturing later developed the horizontal metal cutting bandsaw, later known as the Wells Model #4. After selling his interest in Wells Manufacturing, Wells formed W.F. Wells & Sons in 1948. In 1991, Robert F. Boyle, the owner of Wellsaw (the successor to Wells Manufacturing), purchased W.F. Wells & Sons, renaming it W.F. Wells, Inc. Today, Wellsaw, Inc. and W.F. Wells, Inc. are sister companies under common ownership.

Very good condition. A year ago replaced hoses, valves, wheels etc. The motorized conveyors in and out are integrated with the main controls.
