The synchronous power shafts ensure the horizontality of the flanging and clamping sliders, which is essential for forming arcs and prolonging the machine's lifespan. The synchronous shafts eliminate uneven forces generated by hydraulic cylinders, preventing distortions in the workpiece. They also enable dual-pump technology for the flanging dies, increasing the machine's speed.
