Source COLUMN & BOOM SYSTEM CIRCULAR BOILING APPARATUS

The Column & Boom circular welding apparatus is designed for longitudinal or circular welding of cylinder-like materials. A counterbalance system in the column ensures safe and precise movement of the boom. A heavy-lifting chain and gear system, driven by a motor-reducer group, are used for the boom's up-and-down movement. The system consists of two bodies, one fixed and the other movable, adjustable to the material's length. A clamping system secures the workpiece on both sides and is connected to the supporting bodies, enabling circular rotation driven by the motor-reducer group. Additionally, our system utilizes a jacking system to rotate heavy workpieces and position them.
