The chassis welding machine is designed for various types and sizes of truck chassis and artificial beams. The system consists of a chassis mounting fixture (table), a chassis pressure apparatus (centering bridge), and a chassis welding apparatus (welding bridge). The system's weld area is monitored by a mechanical tracking system. The chassis welding machine allows simultaneous monitoring of double-sided welds by a single operator, resulting in a high-quality weld. Gas or submerged arc welding methods can be applied depending on customer requirements.
